Our client, a recognised FMCG organisation based in Peterborough are currently recruiting for an interim Finance Director for a 9-month period.
The firm has increased their turnover by an impressive 25% year on year in the past 12 months, and they are looking to actively build on this positive forward momentum. To support this, this role will include driving strategy and streamlining the finance.
Main duties:
- Setting up a solid reporting framework
- Raising the organisation’s profile with key stakeholders
- Advising on business critical contracts
- Developing a finance team of 5
- Assessing current systems and processes and implementing improvements
- Driving business strategy
This opportunity would suit a candidate with a strong track record in interim roles, with a proven ability of delivering against challenging deliverables within a short space of time.
Applicants must be fully qualified accountants with at least 6-years post qualification experience, with a full understanding of the sector and its particular challenges and opportunities.
