Howarth Morris are currently recruiting for a market leading, multi-billion pound organisation based on the outskirts of Chester. Our established client is looking for an experienced Credit Controller, who is hands on and has practical experience to hit the ground running in a large Credit Control team .
The right candidate will join a busy and dynamic finance team whilst reporting directly to the Credit Control Manager.
Responsibilities will include:-
- Minimise risk and exposure to bad debt
- Reviewing debtor balances and ensuring appropriate action is taken to facilitate prompt payment
- Identify queries that may affect prompt payment and contact internal customers to resolve
- Daily Account Reconciliation
- Efficiently produce credit notes, copy invoices and statements
- Ad hoc duties as is required by the Credit Control team
The successful candidate MUST have previous Credit Controller experience and have the ability to deal with customers in a professional and confident manner. You will be organised, a team player and be able to maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
