ABPM as experts in financial recruitment have been appointed by a business services firm based in Northamptonshire to recruit a Finance Manager. The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant who is a great all-rounder and can work with their team to develop the finance function further.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Financial reviews and managing the reports of the team.
- All Monthly management accounts and payroll for the business.
- Communicating with management on the finance function and assisting with the budgeting and forecasting.
- Reporting on the overall business cash flow and managing the balance sheet reconciliations.
- Following business and industry policies to ensure a smooth running finance function.
- Profit and loss accounting.
- Deal with the VAT returns and any other ad-hoc duties when required.
PROFILE
- To be close to completion or have obtained an Accountancy Qualification - ACA/ACCA/ACMA
- Excellent IT skills with programs like Excel. Sage knowledge is desired but not essential.
- Having a good knowledge of accounting procedures and regulations.
