Financial Controller

We are working on an exclusive basis for a thriving SME who are looking to appoint a Financial Controller. This is a local success story - a privately owned business which has continued to grow organically. They pride themselves on an open, honest and supportive working culture and because of this have excellent staff retention levels.

Leading a small accounts function and working closely with the management team, as Finance Manager you will have the opportunity to:

*Take ownership for all aspects of financial & management accounting for the business
*Suggest and implement system and process improvements
*Control of budgets and forecasts, putting controls in place where required and manage cash flow

To be considered for this critical appointment for the business you should be CIMA/ACCA qualified or similarly by experience and be proven in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing company.
