Corporate Finance Executive

THE COMPANY
A successful growing corporate finance advisory boutique with a track record in company sales and acquisitions involving trade and private equity buyers. The firm has completed a number of mid-market transactions in the last 12 months, advising buyers and vendors and has a strong pipeline for 2017.

THE OPPORTUNITY
The firm is now looking to appoint a Corporate Finance Executive to support Deal Managers on a range of M&A projects.

Joining the team as a Corporate Finance Executive you will be responsible for project managing key aspects of corporate finance transactions including production of IM and teaser documents, carrying out buyer and target research lists and contacting potential buyers regarding acquisitions.

You will also support Deal Managers on all aspects of negotiations during latter stages of negotiations.

THE PERSON
You will be an ambitious accountant able to demonstrate the following:

- ACA / ACCA Qualified

- Background within audit or tax at a Top 10 or Mid Tier Chartered Accountancy Practice

- Some exposure to due diligence work, lead advisory or project type work

You will aspire to leading transactions at mid-market level as an Assistant Director (Deal Leader) and have the desire to build your reputation in the North West Corporate Finance market as a key part of a high profile business.
