Partner Financial are currently working with a global media business, who have ambitious growth plans for the next 3-5 years. Finance will play a key role in their expansion and therefore they are looking for a driven, charismatic analyst to join them within FP&A.
The organisation has a strong brand within the entertainment industry and has a unique blend of content production and distribution globally. The FP&A role offers the opportunity to take responsibility for supporting the complete planning cycle both locally and internationally. The business naturally suits individuals who are self-motivated, driven and able to influence through an entrepreneurial flair.
The client is looking for an ambitious individual who can build relationships outside of finance, is able to influence and able to drive growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the Head of FP&A with analysis of monthly results, forecasts and annual budgeting both locally and internationally;
- Producing robust multi-currency budgets, forecasts and long range plans;
- Building complex financial models for key budget holders;
- Providing crucial insight and analysis for a multitude of stakeholders both locally and internationally;
- Providing key analysis, focussing on performance vs budget on a monthly basis;
- Supporting the business with various projects, including a system implementation;
- Integrating and automating existing reporting processes.
The ideal candidate will be:
- CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified with excellent analytical skills;
- Able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to influence commercial decision making;
- Confident at creating and building Excel models;
- Confident presenting findings & results to senior stakeholders, specifically within the commercial team;
- The type of person who thrives when working under pressure.
