Our client, a rapidly growing business based in North Hampshire, are seeking to recruit a Financial Controller as they look to embark upon a period of rapid growth.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will take responsibility for managing the accounts team and for the production of all month end reporting and analysis. Additional responsibilities will include budgets and forecasts as well as overseeing the year end statutory reporting and relationships with external auditors. Strong business partnering skills to challenge variances and build relationships with non-finance stakeholders are key in this role.
The successful candidate will be fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with experience gained within a commercial organisation. Strong IT and ERP skills alongside the ability to work at pace within a fast moving business are essential to success in this role.
