Assistant Accountant, £22,000 - £25,000 + Study Support, WalsallGreenwellgleeson are recruiting for the position of Assistant Accountant for an Established company based in Walsall. Reporting to the finance manager, the key duties of the role are as follows,
Assist in the Preparation of Monthly Management AccountsBalance Sheet ReconciliationVariance AnalysisVAT and Intrastate SubmissionsPrice Purchase VarianceProfit and Loss accountingProject AccountingVarious Ad Hoc DutiesOverhead analysis The successful candidate will be AAT Qualified or have a relevant Degree and must be actively studying towards their ACCA/CIMA/ACA professional qualification, and have a minimum of 3 years of accountancy experience
You must have some experience of working in a fast paced finance team. You must have the ability to work as an individual and as a member of the team. You will have strong interpersonal skills, and have strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
