Description:
Our client is a fast growth Biotechnology business looking for a Corporate Development Director in their London Head Office. Inquire for further details.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- To assist the Head of Corporate Development with transactions. Identify, DD and Evaluate new product opportunities to Acquire or Licence.
- Work with Legal to manage all aspects of end-to-end deals through closing.
- Identify functional areas of growth through advisors.
- Lead organization of deal pipeline.
- Advise and assist in Marketing, Sales and Conferences to actively grow the brand and portfolio.
- Work with other teams internally to evaluate areas of opportunity and threat.
- Represent the company at an executive level in all day-to-day business.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- BSc in a relevant scientific discipline; advanced degree preferred (MSc/PhD/MD).
- MBA is beneficial
- 5 years business development experience in a biotech/pharmaceutical environment.
- Strategic collaborations and licensing agreements with demonstrated negotiation skills
