Description:
Our client is an international business within the Food industry, looking for an extremely high calibre Corporate Development Associate Director in their European Office. This role offers strong international focus reporting directly to the Head of Group M&A as well as a competitive salary and bonus. If you are looking for a fast-passed corporate where you will have large amounts of freedom to carry out 2-4 deals a year personally, this would be a great opportunity for you.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop and manage M&A deals which suit the business strategy.
- Market analysis and liaising with potential future business partners.
- Create and manage confidential agreements.
- Evaluate targets and recommend deal structure.
- Advise on the Transaction tactics.
- Coordinate the due diligence and modelling.
- Coverage of strategy.
- Experience of closing deals.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Fluency in English, Dutch, German & French.
- MBA/CFA is considered a plus.
- High potential, ‘next generation’ finance leader.
- Min 5-10 years in M&A.
- Current Big 4 Manager/Assistant Director or VP IB.
