Our client, a rapidly growing Fortune 500 company within the retail industry are looking to source a bright and highly ambitious Senior finance Analyst to join their ever-growing finance team. This company seek high-calibre, progressive individuals that are hungry to progress through the ranks within a fast-paced, ever-changing working environment to thrive in.

Key Responsibilities:
-Finance business partnering by providing financial information and analytical support to enable them to deliver their company targets and business profitability
-Attendance at regional monthly meetings, including financial presentations to the regions
-Financial support and analysis, providing assistance for regional specific initiatives
-Performance reporting, pro-active analysis of actual and future performance of the regions, areas and stores
-Guide the regions through the budget process to ensure understanding and ownership of the numbers by Area and Regional Managers
-Production and ownership of Finance Packs
-Production and ownership of the Company's Retail KPI Bonus model
-Ownership of new store reporting and budgeting
-Ad-hoc analysis and cover across the Retail Finance team

What we are looking for:
-Strong academic background with exceptional A-level results and a 2:1 degree or above from a redbrick university
-ACA/ACCA/CIMA (First time passes) newly qualified or 1-2 PQE
-Experience within the retail industry (Consider other industries provided it is from Blue chip companies)
-Very strong analytical and reporting skills and have a strategical mind set
-Strong Excel modelling skills
-Presentation skills and confidence in building relationships to business partner across the company and with senior management
