Interim Management Accountant

Robertson Bell are pleased to be working with a leading property development group based in London with a turnover in excess of £300m. They are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Assistant Management Accountant for a minimum of 12 months.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, the Assistant Management Accountant will be responsible for managing their own property portfolio. This will include all finance responsibilities associated with the development for example the timely delivery of all budgets, forecasts, reconciling balance sheet accounts and management accounts for the project to assist with business decisions.

The successful candidate must currently be actively studying for an accountancy qualification and have previously been responsible for balance sheet reconciliations and have exposure to Management Accounting. This is a truly interesting role due to the rounded nature of this role, it provides exposure with management accounts as well as financial accounts. The role sits in a lively, fun team within an organisation that has a great culture. Experience within housing is desirable but by no means essential.
