Financial Accountant

Elevation Senior Finance are currently looking to recruit a Financial Accountant to join a leading Doncaster based manufacturing organisation.

The successful Financial Accountant will play a key role in the preparation, examination, and analysis of financial reports and records to ensure accuracy and the integrity of all aspects of accounting and reporting. Forming part of a highly motivated team with a great culture the successful candidate will have the opportunity to really aid the business in its plans to expand further within its sector.

Duties & Responsibilities will include:

*Preparation and consolidation of statutory accounts
*Understanding of UK GAAP/FRS102
*Calculation of annual draft corporation tax computations and quarterly payments on account
*Review of monthly management accounts and preparation of monthly commentary
*Process review and improvement, to include development and design of monthly reports

The successful Financial Accountant will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

*ACA/ACCA / CIMA qualified
*Strong IT skills in particular MS Excel
*Strong communication skills
*Ability to produce high quality and accurate work within deadlines
*Ability to work well under pressure
*Previous experience of working within an engineering or manufacturing environment would be advantageous
