Our client, a privately owned SaaS business, is looking to recruit a top calibre CFO to lead the business through a period of strategic change and international growth.
Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will play a pivotal role in the company as it enters a new growth cycle, with the objective of moving towards a planned investment event within an 18 month timeframe.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing and developing the Finance function
• Providing financial analysis and support for the business
• Working alongside the executive management team to implement strategy and to ensure business goals, resources and processes are appropriate and delivered
• Navigating the company’s growth towards a planned investment event
• Managing and preparing annual budgets and monthly managing accounts
• Optimising productivity, developing systems and procedures
We are looking for an ambitious Finance professional with demonstrable leadership capabilities, gravitas and credibility. You will have had exposure to fund-raising or leading an investment related event, alongside experience of working in a SaaS company or with subscription based/ cloud technology. Excellent interpersonal and external relationship building skills are essential, coupled with a passion to drive business expansion.
