Finance Business Partner - Marketing

Based in Luton, Bedfordshire, our client is an established and exciting company looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their team.

This job would suit a graduate-calibre Qualified Accountant (ACMA, ACCA, ACA) who will Business Partner with the marketing function on financial planning of new and existing products and offering as well as providing an insight into actual performance and ensuring future offers maximise financial returns.

The successful individual will be a qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) have proven ability to deliver models accurately and efficiently. Great analytical skills with the ability to identify core issues and provide assessments grounded in compelling logic. It is essential that the candidate has an understanding of operational business drivers and levers impacting cash margin models. A good understanding on financial planning and management techniques is vital.

Duties will include:

• Financial planning of new and existing products providing insight & challenge throughout the planning process
• Budgeting and forecasting of category sales and margin
• Insight and challenge on underlying drivers of product performance,
• Timely insight into performance of trials to maximise returns
• Work alongside other category Business partners to help shape IS projects, including implementation of key financial elements into planning and reporting processes
