Fund Operations Manager

My Client is one of Europe’s leading investment management firms providing integrated services for fund management, asset management and property management.  They require a Fund Operations Manager to take lead on all operational activities.

The major responsibilities of the role will be:

• Oversight of investor related operations for funds
• Oversight of operations of the internal captive real estate funds
• Manage the end to end fund operating model and fund operations for the real estate funds and their associate structures.
• Co-ordination of the operations set up and due diligence
• Maintain fund operations, ensuring all documentation is up to date and accurate
• Ensuring the continuous improvement of all fund operations processes
• Fulfil regulatory requirement, including timely completion of all regulatory training and declarations

Education, Experience/Skills required:

• Qualified Accountant
• Accounting experience
• Experience in enhancing operational processes and controlling operational risks within a business
• Track record of successful implementation of systems and procedures
• Must have demonstrable experience within the real estate fund sector
