Finance Business Partner

Working with one of the world's leading pharmaceutical organisation that has recently been involved with a large acquisition and going through some exciting change.

Having recently created a new UK & IRE cluster, this growing organisation is now looking to grow there finance function with a key member of the team, providing high quality financial insights, reporting, analysis and support to the UK & IRE commercial team.

The Finance Business Partner with report directly to the FP&A lead and act as the strategic partner, responsible on all matters with a particular focus on;

Key Duties:
-Identifying and explaining material budget vs actual variances
-Lead and implement change projects and contributing to the formulation of such programs
-Provide strategic financial input and leadership to the UK & IRE cluster to drive businesss performance and ensure appropriate return on investment
-Assessing the impact of variances on the financial forecast
-Preparation of the annual budget, and long range strategic planning for the UK & IRE
-Adding value for the business by influencing decision decisions and indentifying opportunities to invest, saving cost, avoiding/ mitigating risks, forecasting future business results
Essential Requirements:
-Significant professional experience of 5 years min
-ACA/ ACCA / CIMA - Qualified (must have)
-Pharmaceutical industry experience
-US GAAP
-Previous FP&A, Finance Business Partner experience
-Ability to work independently and be managed on a remote basis
-Excellent analytical skills applied to a broad range of business and industry issues
-Technically strong with a proven ability to make sound financial decisions
