A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a leading FMCG business based in Weybridge, Surrey. Reporting into the Head of Commercial finance you will be responsible for the provision of high quality business partnering to senior stakeholders within the division.

The role will focus on driving long term growth and excellence in strategic planning for the EMEA business.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Finance Business Partner to the GMs and FDs, providing financial control and supporting the decision making to drive forward the EMEA strategy
• Ensure a robust and effective process is in place for investment evaluation; as well as providing financial advice and support on opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement within their assigned countries.
• Influence and challenge GMs and FDs and business leaders on their strategic choices and investment decisions
• Support operational excellence, leading to better systems and ways of controlling and monitoring business performance
• Introduce more efficient finance processes and innovative finance solutions through working closely with other Finance Business Partners, Finance Directors and other Operational colleagues
• Improve forecast accuracy, ensuring that risks & opportunities are well understood within their assigned countries.
• Support the performance management process across the EMEA Region
