Your new role
Due to internal restructure, the role of Corporate Finance Manager has become available. Liaising directly with clients going through periods of change in terms of new start ups, mergers/acquisitions, raising of finance etc, you will be giving advice on more than just accountancy. The role is really varied and interesting, encompassing general business advice, linking clients up with contacts in the area and shaping the direction of their business.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate must have experience within a practice environment and be able to show evidence of a strong background in dealing with key stakeholders in businesses (MD/FD level). You should be heavily involved in networking and have a contact base of lawyers, funders and advisers to call on.
