Interim Group Accountant

My client is a well-respected brand within the payment services sector with operations in Europe and across the globe.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Producing monthly financials in accordance with group policies and US GAAP.
• Booking monthly accruals, prepayments, revenue, bad debts, depreciation for German subsidiary in Oracle.
• Monthly balance sheet recs and assisting the FP&A team with preparation of monthly management packs
• Completing statutory financial statements under IFRS and supporting external auditors
• Assisting with preparation and submission of annual tax and VAT returns for all group companies.
• Reviewing and managing cross border transactions and transfer pricing under local/US GAAP
• Completing and analysing cash flow forecasts.
• Analysing and settlement of intercompany balances considering future cash flow requirements.

The successful candidate will be a newly qualified ACA / ACCA accountant. It would be an advantage if you have had experience within an international Financial Services / Payment Services / Tech business. You should have had exposure of US GAAP reporting and the ability to influence key stake holders.
