Due to ambitious expansion plans, a World-leading, dynamic fashion retailer has an opening for a high calibre qualified Finance Manager to sit within their Commercial Finance teams.

The commercial finance team supports the wider organisation, partnering across Marketing, Operations, Merchandising, Buying, and more, providing great opportunity to gain exposure across all members of the Senior Leadership team with direct exposure to the European CFO.

The company offers a highly successful, company-wide Finance Talent Rotation Programme which aims to develop the future Finance Directors and Business Leaders of the future by rounding and developing broad and deep skill-sets across Commercial Finance, FP&A, Financial Control, Audit and Tax. International opportunities are also available.

The successful candidate will manage a team of two recently qualified accountants and team development and growth is high on the agenda for this role. Previous experience is highly desirable.

A full detailed job description has nearly been finalised and will be available within the coming days but the role encompasses Business Partnering, Financial / Inventory Control, Business Cases, Process Improvement, Systems Upgrade Support and Business Partnering to Director Level.

The successful candidate will be CIMA/ACA/ACCA Qualified with strong Financial Control / Accounting skills, a high level of initiative and drive, combined with an analytical approach to problem solving and acute commercial awareness. You will be able to communicate and influence across the business/ Experience gained within a large consumer facing business (Retail/FMCG) and/or within a Big 4 firm is highly desirable.
