Urgent Part Time Finance Manager

We are looking for a part-time Finance Manager with some office duties. This role is very exciting as its 3 days per week. Those days could be very flexible. Looking at a salary of between 35 and 45k pro-rata. So at £45,000 in essence you would get £27,000 for those 3 days work. The company does have the scope to scale this up to 5 days after a couple of months as there maybe another business to work on.

The business is an expansive residential property developer. They are into expanding and building apartment blocks, then selling them on through a managing agent.

The role will involve: Management Accounts, basic bookeeping, sales and purchase ledger, dealing with the external accountants. The external accountant will do the more senior bits of finance, including statutory accounts production

The role will also involve project management, some office management experience. There will be Ltd company setting up, VAT returns and assisting with IT aswell. As number 3 employee this will be an exciting time to join.

You will be based right by Liverpool Street, with a lot of flexability. You will have a lot of fun working here. The ideal candidate will be a Finance Manager/Senior Accountant who wants a part-time role in a small business. The business has no finance function at the moment, so you would create this from scratch,

Interviews will take place on Thursday 30th March from 08:00a.m. onwards in our offices to meet with the client. I would want to meet you this week, before the interviews.
