The Consultancy Group are currently recruiting a Financial Controller role for a Global Online Retail / Consumer business based in Central London. As Financial Controller this role will take responsibility for the entire European e-commerce business and will produce the monthly results as well as full and detailed analysis and commentary. The Financial Controller will ensure Financial Control of all of their transactions and accounting flows within the e-commerce business. They will create new financial processes to support the ever evolving e-commerce business model in this fast-paced and rapidly growing business.
Duties include:
- Responsible for overseeing the production of the monthly e-commerce results including insightful commentary and understanding of the results
- Management and development of the Financial Control team
- Responsible for all aspects of the management and control of the financial accounts
- Management of payments to third party suppliers
- Responsible for ensuring that for any new product offering that there are adequate financial control, effective processes and correct integration / automation in place
The successful candidate will be ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified with strong Financial Control experience gained in fast-moving Consumer / E-Commerce business. They will have proven management skills with excellent attention to detail and strong commercial acumen.
