Treasury Manager

Michael Page Treasury are working with an exciting, growing business with a diverse debt portfolio who are growing their team and looking for a Treasury Manager to join the business in this newly created role.

Our client is a market leader in its field, with a debt portfolio of over $3bn and group operations across the globe.

Description

The role will play a part in developing key areas of the operational treasury function including but not limited to Cash Management, Basic Treasury Accounting, Hedging, Forecasting and ad hoc treasury analysis.

Other key accountabilities include:

• The development and improvement of existing processes around compliance reporting to board and senior management.

• Forecasting the impact of future events/new agreements on the Group's covenant position.

• Developing a group wide compliance programme to ensure all parties are aware of relevant restrictions or undertakings.
• Maintaining and developing agency bank relationships

• Assisting the Finance and treasury team in the documentation of new financings - especially in the area of covenant alignment.

Profile

The candidate will be either working towards or have recently passed ACT's Diploma in Treasury Management. CIMA/ACCA qualification/part qualification beneficial but not compulsory.

We also expect the candidate to have a good understanding of and experience of reviewing contracts/loan agreements.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar corporate environment, with exposure to debt and operational treasury.
