Senior Corporate Development Manager/AD

Our client is an international Consumer business; looking for an outstanding Corporate Finance Senior Manager/Assistant Director to join the Corporate Development team in their Bristol Head Office. This role offers not only the opportunity to work with a strong and growing business but also a chance to be part of developing entirely new revenue streams in adjacent market spaces.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• To assist the Director of corporate development with transactions. There are high volumes of deals and you will handle transactions.
• Coordinate the ongoing development of the Group’s corporate development strategy.
• Build a strong network to ensure development of market space.
• Offering advisory and transactional services knowledge consistently.
• Manager both organic and inorganic growth.
• Show leadership over group-level CD projects where needed.
• To carry out transactions effectively and efficiently in accordance with the approach of the current team.
• To be able to work to deadlines with minimum supervision and to use initiative
• Operate with Gravitas and autonomously.
• Working effectively with all levels of management and staff
• Lead, manage and develop all direct reports.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• ACA/MBA
• Current Big 4 Assistant Director or equivalent in industry.

Salary, Benefits & Duration:

Salary: Around £80,000 – £120,000 + bonus + benefits
Duration: Permanent
