An interesting opportunity has arisen within a very well established organisation in Warwickshire, for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join the organisation and drive business performance through a number of process and procedure improvement mechanisms. This role will present a new challenge for people at this level, and will exponentially expand the skill base of the successful candidate. Key Responsibilities:- Partnering key aspects of the business in driving performance- Build, develop and maintain robust KPI and reporting procedures to ensure productivity is maximised- Manage multiple projects for the business, ensuring that a "start to finish" service is provided- Offer suggestions on ways to drive efficiencies and positive performance from past experience- Culture strong stakeholder relationships to ensure Finance is readily a source of pertinent and useful information Key Attributes:- ACCA/CIMA/ACA Part / Newly Qualified- Commercial Acumen & Experience- Knowledge of production and presentation of Management Accounts
