Finance Manager - Start-Up Tech

A fast paced, private equity backed, global technology business are looking for a dynamic Finance Manager to head up a £6m standalone operating division with significant growth plans over the next few years. The role is newly created due to a recent reorganisation and will report in to a very experienced Group CFO.

The Finance Manager will oversee everyday financial activities and provide advice and guidance on future financial plans for the business to deliver against objectives. This requires an individual who not only wants to get involved in high level strategy, but also enjoys the more hands on transactional elements that come with running the finance function for an SME business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Work closely with the GM to develop and manage operational plans internally
* Manage all business planning including budgets, forecasting, business metrics and KPIs
* Provide financial reports to managerial staff and recommending further courses of action
* Contribute to business strategy
* Manage the financial operations of the division with support from the Group finance team
* Continuously striving to improve processes and systems to deliver an efficient and scalable function

The Finance Manager will be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with at least 2 years PQE and experience of leading a small finance function taking full ownership within a start-up or SME environment. Salary £60k
