Our client is looking for a forward-thinking individual who has a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a drive to make things happen.
As part of a committed team, you will provide an excellent customer-focused service to residents. By developing local knowledge and establishing partnerships with other agencies, you will aim to meet the needs of both the residents and the community.
Ensuring our client maximise their income is vitally important with changes in the welfare benefits system, reduction in annual rent levels and general changes in costs of living.
Our client is looking for a customer-driven individual who has a passion to help people and take ownership of rent collection for their area. Your problem solving skills will be essential as well as excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to deal with tenants sensitively. Often dealing with vulnerable tenants, you will offer sound advice on welfare benefits to ensure they are maximising their income and benefit entitlement.
