Finance Controller

greenwellgleeson are exclusively recruiting for a fast growing entrepreneurial organisation. The business is well set to continue its rapid growth and in order to help manage the growth they are looking to recruit a like minded Finance Controller.

Key Duties will include:-
* Take ownership of the financial and management reporting
* Support the FD to improve processes and controls across the finance function
* Manage and motive a team spread across different locations
* Manage the transactions process
* Develop MI to help drive the business
* Lead business planning process
* Manage cash and cash flow forecasting process

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate the following:-

* Hands on finance experience within an SME environment
* Qualified accountant with excellent technical skills
* Management and developed of a finance team
* Experience in a multi site operation is desirable
* Highly driven and able to thrive in a fast paced environment
