Commercial Finance Manager

A super opportunity for a Commercial Finance Manager to join an industry leading business based in Worcester. We’re looking for a progressive, proactive individual who has a wealth of experience working within a fast paced, high volume environment in the retail sector or similar.

The Commercial Finance Manager will be qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with excellent business partnering experience and the ability to communicate at all levels across 80 sites. You will be flexible with regards to travelling and may spend 2 days out of the office per week travelling to different sites across the Midlands and South West.

You will have experience in a Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Finance Management position with the following responsibilities

• Providing support to the business with regards to new business opportunities and contract renewals
• Minimising financial risk by ensuring the integrity of financial controls and financial data.
• Providing recommendations that create greater efficiencies and add value
• Ensuring financial systems projects are carried out effectively
• Review the preparation of financial information e.g. budget, forecasts, management accounts and benchmarking
• Providing hands on assistance with queries on financial policies and procedures
• Attending monthly business and finance reviews
