A small Company that creates value for investors through the acquisition and development of target business are looking for a fully qualified Financial Controller to join their expanding team.
They have just acquired a Global entertainment franchise offering unique adventures to the public and corporate clients.
This is a very hands-on role and would suit someone with an SME background.
IFRS accounting experience is essential.
The role
Cash flow forecasting
consolidated accounts for foreign subsidiaries
Monthly payroll submission
VAT Returns
Overseeing company pension scheme
Bank Reconciliations
Credit Card Reconciliations
Petty Cash (including reconciliation)
- Project reconciliations
- Must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- IFRS Accounting knowledge
- Experience of consolidated accounts for foreign subsidiaries
- Retail/SME background
