£24,000 - £30,000 per annum plus Bonus plus Study Support plus Benefits

Key responsibilities
- Drive greater understanding of business performance through relevant KPIs and analysis
- Review performance and develop relevant KPI's agreed with Senior Management
- Implement and communicate key financial data disciplines, controls and practices within the team and non financial managers
- Provide key business content to financial performance
- Co-ordinate and manage the preparation of the annual budget and rolling forecasts
- Assist with billing, revenue, budget and reporting queries
- Improve business modelling and financial planning for growth
- Provide financial guide to senior management and be the go to person for financial queries
- Effective communication with non-financial managers

The successful candidate will have advanced Excel skills and be comfortable developing financial models. You will have exceptional communication skills at all levels and the ability to interact and present data to Senior Managers on a regular basis. You will be able to work under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
