The Financial Controller role, based in East Lincolnshire/Doncaster area, is in place to help my client through a period of transition. The role takes responsibility for the whole site finance.

My client is a well established manufacturing business in the Doncaster region
Description
The Financial Controller is a 3 month (minimum) position. The role requires someone to be very hands-on with regards to month end and providing analysis. In brief, some of the other responsibilities include:
Take responsibility for full month end routine:
- Preparation of month end accounts
- Take responsibility for the full P&L
- Cost of sales margin analysis and reconciliation
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Review and analysis of operational variances
- Forecasting
- Support surrounding administrative team
Profile
The ideal candidate for the Financial Controller position will have the following attributes:
- Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or QBE will be considered (depending on experience)
- Experience in autonomous Financial Controller / Finance Manager positions previously
- Must be hands-on and involved in the full month end cycle
- Excellent Excel skills
- I knowledge of SAP and Hyperion is ideal but not essential
- AVAILABLE TO START ON MONDAY 3/4/17
