Revenue Manager

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Revenue Manager within a leading FMCG organisation in Reading.

Within this role you work with the UK leadership team to shape and lead the Revenue Management strategy and financial targets to ensure key initiatives are prioritised.

As Revenue Manager your main responsibilities will include:

• Delivering brand and customer plans that optimise price and trade spend.
• Revenue management analysis and monthly tracking, working with commercial functions and controlling in the UK.
• Analysing market pricing for key brands and lead programmes to optimise market pricing architecture and pack ranges for specific brands.
• Providing insight and learnings for promotional strategy development.
• Developing and managing the strategy and execution of pricing, promotions and trade-terms.
• Developing and maintaining local excel based tools to identify revenue and optimisation opportunities.

The ideal candidate for this position will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA), MBA or equivalent. Experience in consumer-facing business and a strong understanding of consumer dynamics is required. Furthermore, you must have excellent communication skills as you will be influencing stakeholders and working effectively with others. Advanced skills in data analysis, with excellent Excel capability is necessary.
