Commercial Finance Analyst

Key responsibilities will include partnering head office teams and providing effective challenges across capital investment, owning and producing quarterly density reports, providing astute analysis on proposed space and density changes, developing new business cases for capital investment, delivering performance analysis post capital investment, liaising with project managers and maintaining alignment across project spend, promoting the capitalisation policy across wider organisational teams, providing senior stakeholders with concise budget summaries, supporting reforecasting and long range planning, leading ad hoc projects and providing clear decision support.

The successful candidate will be a part qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with previous analytical finance experience from within the retail or FMCG sectors. Applicants must have a desire to exceed expectations and deliver an excellent service to stakeholders. Strong Excel skills are essential.
