Our client, a leading real estate investment manager, are seeking a Fund Accountant to join their growing team. The role reports directly into the Fund Finance Manager, but will work closely with the Head of Fund Finance and other members of the team.
You will work on a number of different property funds, both UK and Pan-European, with some of the following responsibilities:
- To Provide asset data information to internal and external parties to include the quarterly Management Information pack
- To run and develop large complex Excel spread sheets for reporting purposes
- To provide specialist support and knowledge of Investment Assets and their accounting treatment
- To produce monthly and quarterly fund accounting reports
- To assist in the production of quarterly Group Consolidations IFRS reporting for multiple entities
The successful candidate will be a part or fully qualified accountant with two years’ experience in an Investment Accounting or analyst role with a good understanding of all asset classes. You will be an excellent communicator, both verbally and written with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders and third party administrators.
