Management Accountant

Lincolnshire manufacturing group are seeking to recruit an experienced Management Accountant to work as part of their finance team and also interact with the factories.

As the Management Accountant you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of month-end management reporting, with analysis to deliver comprehensive understanding of business performance through financial reporting and KPIs
• Variance analysis including commentary
• Manufacturing analysis - costing/overhead rates analysis/production variances/margin analysis
• Assisting with the budgeting and forecasting process
• Dealing with operations and other non-finance staff
• Produce accurate daily sales and margin reports for each of the business unit
• Adhoc work on projects within the business units i.e. pricing projects, product sales and margin analysis, SMI
• Analysing product profitability
• Assisting the financial controller with adhoc duties
• Quarterly forecasting of full income statements and preparing annual budgets
• Ideally you will be CIMA/ACCA qualified with a number of years experience within a manufacturing environment and strong systems skills. This an exciting time to be joining this company as they are growing significantly and you can really influence your long term career with them
