The business are going to implement Navision and are at the early stages of this, they have a project manager on board heading this up from a Group perspective, this role will sit within a specific business division and will provide the link between BAU finance and the project.
Client Details
My client is an international business with HQ in Europe, recently moved to lovely new offices with good commuter links in north Surrey.
Description
This role will require:
- Attend project meetings about the implementation
- Roll out within this division what is required for the project / implementation
- BAU finance work at times
- UAT, training the teams, identify super users and train
- Process mapping and assist with the "fit for purpose" assessment
- Set up new Chart of Accounts in the new system
- Strong communication with all levels of internal stakeholders
Profile
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Current core finance exposure
- Systems implementation exposure
- Project understanding and exposure
- ERP understanding advantageous
- Deadline driven
- UAT and strong training exposure
- Flexible approach
Job Offer
This will be a long contract and could range from 18 - 24mths and looking for someone to start ideally early May.
