This growing organisation has a “best in class” approach to people development & training and a new role has created an exciting high profile opportunity for a Part Qualified accountant to undertake a Finance Business Partner role supporting the Senior Commercial Finance Business Partner for new business development & strategy. A broad brief includes:

•Evolve & develop monthly management accounting skills into financial analytical & finance business partnering expertise
•Prepare month end ready for review & analysis, assisting in financial performance, trend & variance analysis & commentary for SMT
•Deliver operational data analysis & business insights, manipulating complex data sets & translating these into meaningful operational & financial MI for management review
•Supporting annual budgeting & planning (FP&A) process, working closely with functional heads
•Providing additional support on monthly financial forecasting process, guiding non-finance with comments on business performance
•Support on all “business case” projects, investment appraisals & new business analysis
•Provide analytical support to the wider finance business partner community on BI/MI data & statistics utilising Excel models

As a graduate ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or ACA part qualified accountant with proven data analysis, management accounting, business partnering and month end reporting skills, you will be a self-motivated, proactive individual with evidence of influencing the non-finance business community. Strong Excel/data analytics and modelling skills are essential. The role requires an energetic, enthusiastic approach and the ability to challenge the status quo.
