Credit Controller

AM Finance is working with a leading telecommunications company in London. Our client is recruiting for a Credit Controller to report into the Credit Control Manager for an ongoing contract.

Main responsibilities of the Credit Controller will include:

• Contacting clients regarding overdue invoices via telephone and email

• Responsible for collection of invoices with values ranging from £40.000 to £1 million

• Working with B2B, Blue-chip, and Government contractors

• Assisting with maintaining debtors levels in accordance with agreements

• Helping clients in prioritizing invoice payments

• Acting with integrity and due skill, care and diligence in carrying out your duties

• Providing the Credit Control Manager with first line of support to ensure adequate reporting and transparency of aged collection issues

• Building business relationships with external clients and maintaining regular dialogue

The ideal Credit Controller will have:

• A B2B credit control background

• Telecoms experience would be beneficial

• Experience working with high-call volumes

• Strong personal organisational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail, quality and control

• Ability to meet targets, and work with deadlines

• Results oriented

• Comfortable on the phone

• Energetic personality and able to build relationships with clients
