Job Title: Assistant Practice Manager (Practice)
Job Location: Peterborough
Job Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Job Status: Permanent

Our client is an established firm of Accountants and Tax advisers in Peterborough. Their refreshing approach to servicing client needs strengthens their excellent reputation. Due to an internal restructure, they are now in the process of recruiting an experienced Accounts Assistant Manager to report to the Directors/Partners.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accountant or Junior Accountant to take the next step in their career and join a business who is known as one of the best for its support of staff and clients.

As the successful Accounts Assistant Manager, your job duties will include:
- Preparation of accounts for more complex clients
- Review of accounts and VAT preparation work undertaken by other members of the team
- Preparation of client's income and corporation tax computations
- Assisting in the training and developing of more junior staff members
- Responsible for the transfer of client knowledge between accounts and other departments
- Preparation of management accounts from client's records.
- Ad hoc accounting duties

To be considered for the role of Accounts Assistant Manager, most of the following criteria needs to be met in order to be considered:
- ACA/ACCA Qualified or Part Qualified
- Previous Practice experience
- Strong communicator
- Client facing position within Accounts
- Experience within SAGE LINE 50
