Management Accountant

An exciting opportunity to join an important and highly regarded National Authority as a Management Accountant on a permanent basis has arisen.

Reporting into Senior Management Accountant, the postholder will responsible for;
*Assisting with business-partnering of budget holders including aiding their financial decision making and ad hoc analysis
*Assisting with forecasts, budgets and monthly commentary for stakeholders
*Producing reports to assist with the longer term financial strategy
*Assisting with the improvement of finance systems and processes
*Various other month-end duties

The ideal candidate will be a part-qualified CCAB accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA or equivalent), with experience supporting business-partners on working with non-finance stakeholders within a public sector environment. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of internal and external organisations, partners and stakeholders.
