Venn Group is currently recruiting for a Financial Controller on behalf of a multinational, industry leading organisation based in Leicester paying circa £50,000 - £55,000.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Management and development of the finance team
- Monthly Group reporting and providing Management Information, financial analysis and financial insight to support business growth
- Developing a close working relationship with the financial Shared Service Centre as well as with Operational Managers
- Working with the SSC to ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting to Group as well as to manage receivables and maximise cash
- Partaking in finance improvement and business improvement process
Key skills required for the role:
- Previous experience managing a team is essential
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Experience of liaising with an offshore SSC
- Ideally experience of developing business partnering
- Experience of reporting into Group
