AM Finance is working with a Digital Strategy company based in the London.   They are looking to recruit a Finance Administrator for their South West London office.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper/ administrator with understanding of accounting software packages such as Sage, QuickBooks, plus bookkeeping skills, to join an established Digital company.

Main responsibilities of the Finance Administrator will be include:

  • Reviewing and matching purchase orders to invoices
  • Updating the WIP (Work in Progress) and writing off the weekly costs.
  • Drafting, finalizing and posting invoices to clients.
  • Processing/assisting in monthly payment runs. Printing out reports when requested by the accountants and directors.
  • Credit Control- Chasing debtors.
  • Drafting Staff contracts, Maintaining Staff holiday calendars. Checking staff expense claims and posting.
  • Ordering stationery for the company and Keeping a log of printers/computers.
  • Booking flights, accommodation, taxis for the company’s director (PA).
  • Posting pay slips to the staff monthly and checking the posts every day
  • Main contact on the phone and by email for the Finance department.

The ideal Finance Administrator will be:

  • Experience of purchase & sales ledgers
  • Managed  supplier/client relationships and resolving any problems
  • Confident and very organized person to start immediately

This role is NOT suitable for candidates studying for their accountancy qualifications.
