Compliance Manager
HFG are working with a growing leading London market insurance broker to recruit a Compliance Manager working closely with the business providing regulatory advice and oversight. The compliance manager is responsible for working closely with selected business units providing guidance and advice on all regulatory issues including, policies, procedures, systems, ensuring governance in line with group standards and regulatory requirements.
This is a fantastic opportunity to for a technically strong compliance officer to work closely with the business and have daily interaction with senior and executive management in the business having autonomy and opportunity to shape and impact the compliance plan within the front line business.

KEY DUTIES:
- Provide effective regulatory oversight and advice to the business.
- Ensure timely and accurate adherence to regulatory reporting requirements.
- Support the business to identify any compliance related issues and escalating any incidents to senior management with recommendations on actions.
- Provide support to the business on any regulatory changes or developments effecting the business. Helping implement any new controls or systems.
- Assist the business on any regulatory submissions to the FCA or technical policy team.
- Develop effective and efficient policies and procedures fit for purpose.
- Help the head of compliance in providing input and support to the planning of the annual compliance plan.
