Senior Internal Auditor
HFG are working with an established financial services business to recruit a Senior Internal Auditor to join a growing function. The senior internal auditor will support the Internal Audit team to carry out the risk based audit plan across the business.
You will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of audit work across a range of risk based audit assignments, supporting the wider audit plan whilst ensuring all risks and issues arising from the audit work are escalated, meeting a high quality of standards.
Experience Required;
- Previous working experience within the financial services preferably within insurance, pensions and investments.
- Audit focus include credit risk, longevity risk, reinsurance, solvency II
- Experience of delivering and reporting audits.
- Risk Management, Life Insurance, Asset manager and/or DB pensions experience would all be valuable.
- Strong technical and practical understanding of risk and controls within a financial institution.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
