My client, a expanding family run organisation, is looking to recruit an ambitious individual who has a strong academic background (Part Qualified: ACA/ACCA/CIMA) and excellent communication skills.
You should be able to demonstrate the ability to build strong relationships throughout the business and influence non finance people on all aspects of finance as well as possessing strong technical accounting knowledge.
Some of the tasks that they are looking for you to complete include:
- Producing month end management accounts for multiple major business divisions
- Project accounting experience is desirable
- Partnering with non financial people
- Maintaining the integrity of the balance sheet by producing regular, complete and accurate balance sheet reconciliations
- Variance analysis
- Profit and loss
In order to be considered for this role you should be proficient in excel at an advanced level, be able to work in an expanding finance department and as a key member of the team. You should also be driven to meet deadlines whilst maintaining strong financial accounting integrity.
