Permanent vacancy: Payroll Administrator, great location in Birmingham City Centre at a successful business with multiple locations throughout the UK & Eire. The role is with a small friendly team within a larger finance function, you will have end to end responsibilities to accurately produce weekly & monthly payrolls. The Role: High volume payroll experience is requiredEnd to end payroll knowledgeAccurately producing weekly & monthly Validating Auto Enrolment pension files Calculate SSP/ CSP/OSP/SMP/SPP/ SAPManual Gross to Net calculationsFile RTI reports with HMRCGenerating ad-hoc business reportsDealing with all queriesImproving / implementing / communicating payroll processes and procedures Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure your payrolls are paid accurately and on time. Knowledge, skills and experience required: Previous experience with processing weekly and monthly payrollExperienced in Pension processing and Auto-Enrolment Intermediate Excel skills Up to date knowledge of current legislation Strong communication skills
