Description

As Financial Systems Manager you will play a lead role in the development and further roll out of the recently implemented financial planning system within the business.

Your responsibilities within the role will include;

• Being the link between finance and IT to further develop the recently implemented finance system.
• Building and maintaining all models within the system for use by the business.
• Supporting the planning processes by being the go-to person for users, fixing issues as they arise and remedial solutions are implemented.
• Liaising with IT and the Business Intelligence reporting team as required to ensure the integrity of data feeds from the various systems interfacing with the new system.
• Keeping up to date with quarterly software releases and attending Customer Focus groups to ensure we exploit all the opportunities offered by the system.
• Being the Project Manager for the roll out of the new system into further areas around the business

Profile

Based in Leeds the role of Financial Systems Manager can fit several profiles of different backgrounds and we are open to consider these profiles.

The role is key in the organisation and you must display the following;

• Either an Accounting/Finance professional with a strong systems/data background or who has moved towards systems since beginning in finance.
  
• Equally you may be an IT professional (Analyst/Developer/Systems Architect/ERP implementation)looking to specialise in systems development and working with finance
  
• You must be a team player with strong customer focus who is able to build many good relationships across functions
  

Job Offer

For the right candidate we are offering and excellent basic salary ranging from £45,000 up to £50,000 plus car allowance and package
