Management Accountant

Our client is a leading, commercially minded Not for Profit Group with a turnover in excess of £300m and based in central London have an exciting opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic Management Accountant to join the friendly, but results focused team.

The Management Accountant will have full autonomy to make change and implement/ improve policies and process across a variety of projects. Responsibilities will include:

*Provide timely and accurate financial information and advice to senior management across the Group
*Prepare monthly management information for each entity in the Group, including variance analysis and commentary on performance against approved budget
*Prepare periodic forecast and annual budget for each entity, including variance analysis on business and financial change
*Analyse and improve reporting across the Group, simplifying processes

In short, this role covers elements of project based work and management accounting, plus the exposure to senior non finance staff where you will be communicating financial information to non-financial people. The experience gained in this role cannot be overstated.

The successful candidate will be an analytical, intelligent, part or fully qualified accountant, who is confident with the management reporting process and able to confidently articulate and understand the wider business. You will have the ability and communication skills needed to build strong working relationships at all levels across the business and particularly with non - finance.
